A template is provided on the website. However, applicants may use their own creative template as long as the concept note responds to what we are looking for, follows the evaluation criteria, and DOES NOT exceed eight slides.

CEF is about amplifying voices for dialogue and, where there is an opportunity, also thinking about accountability. CEF takes a non-prescriptive approach and is open to applicants' ideas about how they position creatives or build on work already happening. CEF will want to see what is already happening and how it can be strengthened, rather than prescribing how Somali culture should be used.
