Status - Evaluation of Concept Notes including presentation by shortlisted applicants

Description of Step - The Issue for Concept Notes has closed and now we have moved forward to the Evaluation of Concept Notes which will also include presentation by Shortlisted Applicants.

Due to the overwhelming response we are still evaluating submissions and are taking the time needed to give each application careful consideration. We will communicate the outcome to applicants by the end of October.
