Description of Step - The CEF team and the selected applicant are working together to finalise the grant agreement and all required contractual documentation.

Description of Step - A co-design process was conducted between CEF and the selected applicant to refine the proposed intervention, including its objectives and implementation approach. In parallel, the budget was reviewed and finalised to ensure alignment with activities, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility. The applicant has successfully completed this step and is ready to proceed to the next stage.
